We have a fresh, fun approach to sport for young people. We run, swim, shoot and cycle on the roads, parks, beaches, hills, fields and woods
Over the last 15 years we have developed a highly successful coaching model in endurance that has led to National titles and International vests for Great Britain in Athletics and Biathle
Monday: 5.45pm: Laser Shooting
6.30pm Easy Run
Tuesday: 6.30pm - 8pm: Track session at Deeside (inc Steeplechase)
Wednesday: 5.30pm: Fell training (various locations)
8pm: S&C + Laser shooting - UTS Gym, Hoylake
Thursday: 5pm: Track speed session – The Oval Bebington
Friday: 4pm: Laser shooting – Activity 4 All, Arrowe Park
6pm: Laser shooting – location tbc
Saturday: 9.30am: Trail running or Racing (various locations)
Sunday: 10am: Sunday run - various locations
